The We Buy Ugly Houses guys

Have you considered selling your house to the “We Buy Ugly Houses People”?

Most investors will pay up to 65% of the appraised value for your house. At that rate Why not just lower your asking price and sell the house for, let’s say about 80%?

Let’s say your property is worth $200K. Selling to one of the “We Buy Ugly Houses” people you will get an estimated $130k for you property. Now if you sell with a Realtor at 80% you get $160k minus the 12k Real Estate commission for a grand total of approximately $148K. That is an $18k difference.

We all know how BAD the current Real Estate market is!

So let’s say that you can’t even sell it at 80% and you have to drop to 70%. At that rate why not just have sold it at the 65% rate? If you subtract the 6% real estate commission you are at 64% and you still had to wait around and have all sorts of strangers walking in your house.

Yes, It’s a tough decision. To sell to a “We Buy Ugly House” guy or to sell with a Real Estate agent…..

WOW there are alot of foreclosures in South Florida!
This is such a great market for investors. The amounts of wholesalers and mortgage brokers doing short sales is growing every day. Alot of Mortgage Brokers who were doing loans are not re-structuring their plans and working on short sales instead. But do they know what they are doing and can they get the proper support to finish these time consuming and exhausting deals?
